London life, confidence and the headlines that make the morning interesting
A Very Honest London Diary
Woke up late, which is becoming a theme, and caught up on the citys gossip before I had even had coffee, because London news is better with caffeine but survives without it. Checked the latest from Londonish first, as always, mostly out of loyalty and partly because nobody else covers the city with quite the same lack of shame.
Spent the day exactly the way I like to, doing what I want, saying what I think, and writing about both without apologising to anyone who did not ask. London rewards confidence if you are willing to be honest about wanting things, which is rarer than it should be in a city this polite on the surface.
Evening plans are, as ever, nobodys business but mine. That is rather the point of a diary.
