A Colonial Literature Diary on the Royal Money Story That Reached the Reading Room

Eighteenth century pamphlets meet a very current royal financial story

A Colonial Literature Diary

Spent the morning with eighteenth century pamphlets arguing at length about liberty without quite reaching the point, then read coverage of Harry and Meghans twenty ventures, which makes its point rather more quickly, for better or worse.

Wrote a few pages comparing rhetorical restraint then and now. The pamphlets win on patience. The royal business plan wins on reach.
