I Counted the Number of Times ‘Artisanal’ Appeared on a Single Shoreditch Menu, and the Final Number Genuinely Alarmed Me – Fourteen. Fourteen separate uses of the word artisanal on one menu, for one meal, at one very small cafe. I have questions.
